By purchasing, downloading, or using Sentinel Anti-Cheat ("Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Agreement

1.1 Usage Rights

Sentinel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your specific Ragnarok Online server(s) as defined by your license purchase.

Single Domain: Each license is tied to a specific domain name or Server URL.
Non-Transferable: You may not resell, rent, or lease your license.
No Redistribution: You may not distribute the server-side files or source code to third parties. You MAY distribute the client Dll/Data files to your players as part of your game client.

1.2 Prohibitions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify the internal logic of the Dll files or bypass the licensing mechanism.
Use the Software for malicious purposes.

2. Privacy & Data Collection

2.1 What We Collect

To provide anti-cheat functionality, the Software runs on your players' computers and collects limited data:

Hardware ID (HWID): Used to uniquely identify a computer for ban enforcement.
IP Address: Used for connection logs and ban enforcement.
Process List: Scanned locally to detect cheating tools (e.g., Cheat Engine, WPE). This data is processed locally and only reported if a violation is found.

2.2 Data Usage

This data is sent to YOUR web server (via handshake.php). Sentinel developers do not harvest your player data. You are the data controller.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital software (which cannot be "returned"), all sales are final.

3.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if the Software fails to function as advertised and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or that it will detect 100% of all cheats. Anti-cheat is an ongoing cat-and-mouse game; bypasses may occur.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you are found effectively violating these terms, reselling the software/source code, or attempting to crack the protection systems.
